US-Led Raid Kills 40 Civilians in Afghanistan
At least 40 civilians were killed in a foreign forces-led air strike in Afghanistan, witnesses said on Thursday. The deaths took place in the southern province of Helmand and, if confirmed, would raise the civilian death toll at the hands of foreign troops to 110 in the past two weeks.
